One-to-One Individualised Coaching Programme


The Find the Time system of time, email, paper and desk management, helps people to get control of their time so that they focus on their most important priorities both personally and professionally.

A powerful one-to-one coaching/training programme that shows you how to achieve the most important things in your work and life.  This course will focus your attention on the one thing you need to do in the next moment.

The Find the Time system when applied consistently will increase performance by focusing on the right things, help reduce stress, improve enjoyment, deal with work overload, and increase satisfaction of life and work. People who use this system feel more in control of their time and life.

Find the Time . . . .  a time management system that gives you the control
of what you do and when you do it.

Find the Time programme and learning outcomes:

  • Learn to focus on the most important priorities
  • Learn how to plan to focus on the most important priorities (in organisations these are the strategic priorities).  I encourage the use of Microsoft Tasks
  • Establish clear set priorities for planning your workload
  • Successfully overcome the time wasters eg. interruptions, procrastinators, and drop-ins
  • Strategies for coping with work overload
  • Build self-discipline in order to plan and manage your workload and achieve the goals you have set yourself
  • Improve your  collegial communication so that your time is better protected while maintaining your positive relationships and team work
  • If you lead a  team,  find ways of working together so that you all agree on the priorities

Follow up:

After the session each person makes a commitment to a 30 day trial of the system. After this time each person receives a follow-up session at their desk, to deal with specific time management issues, and directions for getting each person’s work space physically and electronically sorted for efficient work and retrieval systems.

What to bring?

  • Anything you use to write down the things you have to do eg outlook task list, outlook calendar, pieces of paper, or diary.
  • The list of things you have to do in your job over the next few months, if these are on outlook tasks or calendar bring a print out.
  • If you have yearly goals (KPI’s) bring those or your job description or anything where your job or role is described.

What do you receive in the one-to-one programme

  • 8 hours training over 3 months which includes:
  • A pre-assessment individual consultation to determine your exact learning needs (it may include your manager if you wish)
  • A 5 hour one to one coaching course that teaches the  Find the Time system.  You will end up with a planning system tailor made to your work situation and you will  using it immediately.
  • A workbook with exercises and example
  • 1 month later 1.5 hours personalised coaching at your desk. At your desk to develop both physical and paper and electronic efficiency. This includes the use of your desk space, email management and tips, and if you want a fully electronic system, coaching using Microsoft Tasks.
  • 2 months later 1.5 hours personalised coaching at your desk (may include 30 minutes with your manager if you wish)

About Cher Williscroft:

  • Cher has run Time Management courses for 25 years.  She has developed a holistic system of time management Find the Time to manage her own life so that she has a good work life balance and high personal productivity.  She then taught it to 100’s of groups and clients.
  • BA, Sociodramatist TEP (Trainer, Educator, Practitioner), full member AANZPA Inc.
  • Managing Director of Conflict Management Ltd (since 1986) and works with organisations, groups and individuals. Cher has worked in the area of conflict transformation and conflict prevention for 35 years. Cher has also worked as a tenancy mediator.
  • Cher spent seven years working for the global seafood company Sealord Group Ltd in several Human Resources roles, most recently as Organisation and Staff Development Manager where she was responsible for the personal and professional development of 2,000 employees.   She personally ran all the management training that focused on personal productivity, leadership and managing people.
  • For more than 25 year Cher has run workshops and training seminars in the community and in business.
  • She has her own practice in mentoring, mediation, personal effectiveness and supervising.
